Online Payments:

We accept many different forms of payment, below we have given information on how to correctly make a payment towards us.

BACs (Online Bank Transfer):

On our physical invoices you will find our BACs information on the bottom right. If you received our invoice via email you will find it at the top right. We do ask that you use your account number OR invoices number as reference. This is to ensure that we direct the payment we received towards the correct account.

Card Over Phone:

All of our office staff are trained to handle payments over the phone so there is no need to be directed towards the accounts department, just let our office know you would like to pay an invoice and they will be more than happy to help. We accept Debit and Credit card, but American Express cards are NOT accepted.

We can also accept card payments in person if you would like to call via our office.

Cheque or Cash:

We accept Cheque or cash payments, you can either come to our office to hand over the payment and we will handle the payment and make sure it goes towards your account. Or you can give this to the drivers after they have performed the work at your property and they will sign the invoice to say it has been paid, and tear off the slip at the bottom for our office.

If you choose to post your Cheque payment, please ensure you tear off slip at the bottom of the invoice and include this in your letter.
